Programme Overview

The Supply Chain / Commercial Graduate role is designed to support the implementation and analysis of supply chain initiatives aimed at improving operational performance.

Graduates will work closely with experienced professionals to evaluate supply chain projects, analyse operational data, and assist in implementing improvements that enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for supporting various supply chain and commercial activities, including:

Providing analysis on the viability and implementation of supply chain and commercial initiatives to improve supply chain performance indicators (KPIs).
Supporting the implementation of approved projects using standard project and change management methodologies.
Assisting in the development and training of new business processes and standard operating procedures.
Contributing to supply chain project planning to ensure alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.
Collaborating with IT teams to improve systems and reporting processes, ensuring efficiency and improved user experience.

Minimum Requirements

Degree or BTech in one of the following fields:
- Supply Chain Management
- Logistics
- BCom (Commerce)
- Retail Business Management

Technical Skills
