Internship Overview

The Graduate Development Programme is a fixed-term contract lasting 36 months. Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend ranging from R5 500 to R7 000, depending on their level of qualification.

The programme aims to equip graduates with hands-on experience aligned with their academic background while contributing to the organisation’s mission of protecting KwaZulu-Natal’s natural heritage and wildlife resources.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be an unemployed graduate residing in the KwaZulu-Natal province
  • Be 45 years old or younger
  • Be a South African citizen
  • Have completed a minimum three (3) year qualification from a recognised Higher Education Institution in a relevant field
  • Be available for the full 36-month duration
  • Must have a valid driver’s licence and be able to drive
